General Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and hdaji ("hdaji", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the hdaji website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the hdaji platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

hdaji reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication on the Platform. The hdaji platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements. Failure to meet any requirement disqualifies you from using the Platform, and any account opened in breach of these requirements may be closed and any associated funds may be voided at hdaji's sole discretion.

• 1You must be at least 21 years of age. hdaji strictly prohibits access to minors. By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that you are aged 21 or above at the time of registration.
• 2You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-personal legal structures may not create accounts on the Platform unless expressly permitted in writing by hdaji.
• 3You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information, including a false date of birth or identity details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
• 4You must not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or making any deposit.

2. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of hdaji services, including betting, gaming, depositing, and withdrawing, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to all hdaji accounts:

• 1Each individual may hold only one registered account with hdaji. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. hdaji will close all duplicate accounts and may withhold any associated balances pending investigation.
• 2You are required to keep your account login credentials — including your registered mobile number and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your credentials with any other person. hdaji will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• 3hdaji may, at its discretion, require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage of your use of the Platform, including at the time of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or in response to a risk assessment. KYC documentation may include a valid government-issued photo identity document and proof of address.
• 4You must notify hdaji immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. • 5hdaji reserves the right to close any account that it reasonably believes is being operated in violation of these Terms, including where fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse is suspected. In such cases, hdaji may withhold account balances pending investigation and, if the breach is confirmed, may forfeit those balances entirely.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

hdaji supports a range of local and international payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. The following terms apply to all financial transactions conducted through the Platform:

• 1All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. hdaji prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts for deposits or withdrawals. Any funds deposited from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated account suspended.
• 2Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to your hdaji account balance within a few minutes of confirmation. hdaji is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's network or processing systems.
• 3Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) completion. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification steps. hdaji targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within a commercially reasonable timeframe, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and volume of requests.
• 4hdaji reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits. Current limits applicable to your account are displayed within your account settings. Limits may be adjusted by hdaji at any time in line with operational requirements or regulatory considerations.
• 5All transactions on the hdaji platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If a payment is made in a foreign currency, conversion will occur at the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction. hdaji is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, hdaji may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentive schemes to eligible users. All bonuses and promotions offered by hdaji are subject to the following general conditions, and to any specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered:

• 1Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds in your hdaji account. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific terms of each promotion.
• 2Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. hdaji prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements; and colluding with other users to exploit promotions.
• 3hdaji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. hdaji also reserves the right to decline to award a bonus, or to reverse bonus credits already applied to an account, where there is reason to believe the promotion is being exploited in bad faith.
• 4Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be sold, assigned, or exchanged for cash outside of the Platform's standard wagering and withdrawal process.
• 5Free spin winnings credited to your hdaji account are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the relevant promotion. Unless otherwise stated, free spin winnings must be wagered at least once before they become eligible for withdrawal.

5. Responsible Gaming

hdaji is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to its users seriously. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable and begins to feel compulsive or harmful, hdaji provides the following tools and resources:

• 1Deposit limits: you may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your hdaji account to control your spend. Once set, a deposit limit can be increased only after a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
• 2Time-out: you may request a temporary suspension of your hdaji account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, your account cannot be accessed and no deposits, bets, or gameplay are possible.
• 3Self-exclusion: if you believe your gambling has become a problem, you may request a permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the hdaji platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the self-exclusion period, hdaji will take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening a new account.
• 4Reality checks: hdaji may display session duration reminders during your play session to help you keep track of the time you spend gambling. Engaging with reality check notifications is encouraged.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hdaji platform. Any user found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any balances associated with the prohibited activity may be forfeited. hdaji reserves the right to report serious prohibited conduct to relevant authorities.

• 1Fraud, including but not limited to: using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials; providing false identity information; making chargebacks on deposits after using the deposited funds; and any other act intended to deceive hdaji or other users of the Platform.
• 2Collusion with other users to manipulate the outcome of games or sporting events available on the Platform, including match-fixing, chip-dumping in poker, or any coordinated strategy designed to exploit game mechanics in a manner not intended by the game provider.
• 3Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the hdaji platform in a manner not authorised by hdaji, including tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game, or to automate betting activity without human oversight.
• 4Money laundering or any use of the hdaji platform to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from criminal activity. hdaji complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities as required by law.
• 5Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed at hdaji staff, support agents, or other users of the Platform through any communication channel, including in-platform chat, support tickets, or email. hdaji maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive behaviour.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the hdaji platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials made available through the Platform — is the intellectual property of hdaji or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights or licence to use hdaji's intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any part of the hdaji platform without the prior written consent of hdaji. Unauthorised use of hdaji's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hdaji's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited as set out in this section. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by hdaji's own negligence.

• 1hdaji is not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if hdaji has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• 2hdaji is not responsible for any failure or delay in performance of the Platform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: telecommunications network failures; power outages; acts of government or regulatory authority; or natural events affecting the availability of the Platform.
• 3Where hdaji is found to be liable to you in connection with any specific incident or series of related incidents, hdaji's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hdaji account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

hdaji collects, processes, and stores personal data in connection with the operation of the Platform and the provision of services to its users. The manner in which hdaji handles your personal data is described in detail in the hdaji Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

10. Amendments and Account Termination

hdaji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. Where the amendments are material, hdaji will take reasonable steps to notify registered users, which may include a notification displayed upon login. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may close your hdaji account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any pending bets will be settled in the normal course and any withdrawable balance will be processed subject to completion of applicable verification requirements. hdaji may also terminate or suspend your account at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe you have breached these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Contact Information

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes or claims, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the hdaji platform. hdaji is committed to resolving disputes with its users fairly and efficiently.
